I found the breakfast variety very nice. The room had all necessities and was clean. Dinner featured many options and a daily theme. The chef spoke with guests. I considered this a nice touch.
I observed that corridors lacked working air conditioning. Paint was needed.

the all inclusive package had strange rules as its availability ended at 11pm and food at the pool bar was restricted to certain times, this seems strange when i paid for all inclusive.

The staff was super friendly! lubima especially. our room was clean and very spacious. the food was excellent and always hot. we will go again next year! there are plenty of activities for everyone. I loved everything!
the gym was very well equipped, but i did find a slight lack of instructions on how to operate some of the machines.

the reception team gave very quick and friendly service. tiina in guest relations helped organize several trips. lubima at the lobby bar provided amazing service and conversation. the staff worked very hard.

The gym had proper equipment and many activities. the pool area included very comfortable loungers. the abundance of showers was handy. the hotel is very clean and has a friendly vibe. What more can you ask for!

The hotel has a large pool that I liked. It is also located right by the beach. I found plenty of sunloungers available. The variety of salads offered at lunchtime was good.
The hotel corridors lacked working air conditioning. This was not ideal. The corridors also needed a lick of paint. I noticed that the rooms were old-fashioned. Refurbishment is necessary for the rooms.
